Medicine and Surgery
The Medicine Program at Sheikan College is designed to prepare safe, competent, and socially responsive medical graduates through an outcome-based curriculum aligned with national standards approved by the Sudan Medical Council and the World Federation for Medical Education (WFME). The program was developed in response to the growing health needs of Kordofan, Sudan and the Globe, including shortages in health professionals and the expansion of health services in the region. It combines strong scientific foundations, integrated organ-system learning, and clinical clerkships to prepare graduates for practice in local settings and to compete internationally.
